Two Guys, No Truck LLC was established in 2015 with innovation in mind, upon identifying and addressing several flaws within the moving industry. With our unique and intuitive business model, we have been able to completely transform the blueprint for residential and commercial moving.
Two Guys, No Truck specializes in the proper loading/unloading labor of customer-rented box trucks, trailers, portable containers, etc.
We also work with remodeling contractors to assist with furniture moving, amidst in-home renovations.
We often have customers moving to a different unit within the same apartment complex, in which case only hand trucks are helpful.
The requests for moving services without a truck are endless.
The Industry
The moving industry is changing…. and we are the reason why! Consumers are realizing that they can have all of their relocation needs handled for a fraction of the cost. Rather than hiring your conventional full-service moving company, we are able to save our clients hundreds to thousands of dollars, simply by offering a high-quality, labor only service.
Anything that your typical mover does, we do, just without the truck! The economics of this result in a more budget-friendly relocation for our customers, along with the ability for our minimal expenditures to be allocated towards only the top of the line movers.
Stacking is our company’s forte! We train to be proficient in properly loading all vessels. This not only gives our customers much needed peace of mind, but it also gives us an even bigger edge against our competitors.

Two Guys, No Truck is a very low-overhead operation. A brick-and-mortar location is not required, nor is the headache of accounting for a fleet of trucks. Our primary expense is virtually limited to labor costs.

Most of our work is performed on a flat-rate basis, rather than by the hour. This unique quoting system (which has taken several years to perfect) is not only appreciated by our clients, but it is monetarily advantageous to our entire team.

Growing Brand
As our brand continues to grow, so will the volume of each franchise. We constantly have clients relocating to new territories across the country. Our goal will be to have a franchise already established in these regions, which will result in additional lead generation for our franchisees and the ability for Two Guys, No Truck to assist our customers on both ends of their out of state moves.
Franchisee Support
As the franchisor and founder of Two Guys, No Truck, my primary objective will be to develop and assist each franchisee throughout every step of their franchise journey. You will receive lifelong training and support. This includes, but is not limited to sales & marketing, assisting with local partnerships, field support, crew management, tech/software input, etc.
I have a strong belief that our brand as a unit is only as reputable as each individual franchise. Therefore, making my involvement as an active franchisor even more integral.
